This is the phrase that was hurled at me every time I walked into a clothing shop here in Chiang Mai. Apparently, if you're bigger than a size 6 you're screwed. I was beginning to feel like Gulliver in the land of the Liliputians!
But as I walked down the kiosk- lined streets of the Night Bazaar I had vendors chasing me, yelling, "I have you size! I have BIG!"
I guess I could be offended? Flattered? Don't really care, this is the land of the Tiny Thai. I'll feel much smaller tomorrow when I'm hanging out with elephants. Good thing elephants don't wear clothes, they'd have a bitch of a time shopping here.
